Party is responsible for their clean up after event. Reset room and restrooms to original setup, remove all trash, party items, vacuum and returning keys.

Your event will have to be supported by a Tech and Facility person who is trained and approved by Crossroads. If these individuals are not available to support your event you will need to look for another location. These individuals charges are separate from Crossroads Church and determined by each individual. Estimated cost $25 - $50hr, and a $200 cleaning charge.

I understand that it is my responsibility to request Tech Support a minimum of 1 month in advance of this event & to confirm that Tech Support has been scheduled for this event a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. EVENTS SCHEDULED LESS THAN 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE WILL BE DENIED TECH SUPPORT
